Vacuum Homogenizer Emulsifier Mixer is a complete vacuum mixing and homogenizing plant that includes self-contained vacuum system and heating system. Vacuum emulsifying machine is applicable for a wide variety of viscosity product, i.e.emulsions and semisolid. It integrates with pressure, heating, cooling and vacuum for Agitating, Mixing, Emulgating, Dispergating,Suspending, Homogenizing & agglomeration functions into single machine.
The equipment is suitable for the production of various kinds of paste, cream products in cosmetic factories and pharmaceutical factories. Specially designed for the production of stable emulsions creams, milk, gels, balms, lotions, ointments, toothpaste, etc. having extremely small particles for chemical, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and food industries.
This vacuum mixer includes water and oil phase which are for products pretreatment process, vacuum emulsifying pot is for homogenizing emulsifying products to get fine and smooth products. The contact part is adopted imported stainless steel 316L, sanitary grade material, meet GMP standard.
Work Principle
Vacuum emulsification refers to the process in which materials, under a vacuum state, are rapidly and uniformly distributed from one or more phases into another continuous phase by an emulsifier. Utilizing the powerful kinetic energy generated by mechanical force, the materials undergo hundreds of thousands of hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, impact, and tearing actions per minute within the narrow gap between the stator and rotor. This results in instant uniform dispersion and emulsification. Through high-frequency cyclic repetition, a high-quality product is ultimately obtained—free of bubbles, finely textured, and stable.
